Here is a great video about the Manteca Unified School District farm, and a farm grant for them to renovate their farm. They are hoping to raise money for a trust fund, as well as applying for a farm grant from the state to match the funds raised.

I got a question from someone from Jubilee Mission, an int’l Christian music ministry dedicated to spreading the christian message through music. They really need funding now to help build mission centers in less privileged areas

HERE IS MY ANSWER: As for funding your non profit, I suggest you check out Foundation Center (do a google search, they’re everywhere) to help you gain ideas on how to properly establish your organization and get support from private foundations. They have the most extensive database of private donors.

AR governor, Mike Beebe announces, in this video, that today announced that Arkansas was granted money to further build upon improvements in Advanced Placement (AP) scores by high school students. It isn’t an individual education grant perse, but this money will no doubt trickle down to individual students needing a grant for education to help on their education. A great example of education grants at work.
There are quite a number of grants for farmers, agricultural farm grants, etc.. out there. You can also partner with a nonprofit, help them on their cause (environmental, etc…) and receive a grant together. This is a great way to buy or start or build on an existing farm with a grant!
