No support for discriminatory organizations, religious, political, or sectarian organizations no of direct benefit to the entire community, public schools or school systems, charter schools, school foundations, booster clubs, colleges or universities, pass-through organizations, or grantmaking foundations.

No grants to individuals, or for research, start-up needs, scholarships, stipends, or loans, athletic events, competitions, or tournaments, conferences or seminars, festival or similar one day events, field trips, fundraising events or sponsorships, capital campaigns, or challenge or matching grants; generally, no equipment funding.



Purpose and Activities

The foundation supports programs designed to improve access to basic human needs, education, and economic opportunity. Special emphasis is directed toward programs designed to address underserved communities; and provide solutions that utilizes the power of the internet and communications technology.
