Chester County nonprofits that sponsor literacy initiatives for family, youth, and/or adults are eligible to apply for grants ranging from $1,000 to $5,000. Priority is given to e-literacy initiatives which bridge the digital divide through computer literacy. Literacy proposals received by Sept. 15 will be eligible for consideration.
