Program Area(s)The grantmaker has identified the following area(s) of interest: Margaret Abell Powell FundThe fund was created to support theater and ballet in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area (including the counties of Montgomery, Prince George's Charles, Calvert, St. Mary's and Arlington, and the city of Alexandria, VA). Support will be given to local organizations producing English language, mainstream theater and classical ballet. Emphasis will be given to organizations which support specific performances, the staging or choreography of pieces, and the training of young artists.
